Managing Your Projects
A user with the appropriate permissions can configure several aspects of a project and
the tests within that project. For further information on setting test run configurations at the project level, see Configuring Projects.
Sharing a Project
Share a project to enable other users to view the project. Users require edit-level
access to a project in order to share the project. Details on access privileges are
discussed in the section on role-based access control.
Sign in to a Robust Intelligence instance.
The Workspaces page appears.
Click a workspace.
The Workspaces summary page appears.
Select a project.
You can filter or sort the list of projects in a workspace with the
Sort and Filter controls in the upper right. Click the glyph to the
right of the Filter control to switch between list and card display
for projects. Type a string in Search Projects… to display only
projects that match the string.
The project overview page appears.
In the top right, click Share.
The Project Sharing dialog appears.
In Sharing, type the email address of another user on the Robust Intelligence instance and click
Add.
The project is available to the added user. To remove a user from the list,
click the trash icon next to the user.
(Optional) From the Access drop-down, select a sharing privilege level.
The sharing privilege levels are Edit Access, View Access, and
No Access (Private).
(Optional) From the General Access section, you can share projects widely with different user roles. The least common permission
The options include Everyone in the Workspace , VPs of the Workspace, and Admins of the Workspace.
(Optional) Click Copy Link to copy a link to the project to the clipboard.
Click Save.
Robust Intelligence updates the project sharing configuration.
Favoriting a Project
Sign in to a Robust Intelligence instance.
The Workspaces page appears.
Click a workspace.
The Workspaces summary page appears.
Click on the Workspace Overview page or Projects Page
To add or remove a project to the list of favorites, click the star icon next to the project name.
Icons for these three projects will then remain pinned in the left sidebar while navigating through workspace pages.
These projects will also appear first in the Project Information Summary Table in Workspace Overview.
Deleting a Project
Sign in to a Robust Intelligence instance.
The Workspaces page appears.
Click a workspace.
The Workspaces summary page appears.
Select a set of projects.
The Delete option appears above the list of projects.
Click Delete.
A confirmation dialog box appears.
Click Remove.
The selected projects are removed from the workspace.
